Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of Kern services. This page is for general product terms and does not replace a signed enterprise agreement.
1. Service scope
Kern provides APIs and tools for task orchestration, evidence evaluation, and operational decision workflows. Availability and feature access may vary by plan.
2. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for account security, API key handling, and lawful use of the platform. Do not share credentials in client-side logs or public repositories.
3. Billing and credits
Billing is credit-based unless otherwise defined in contract terms. 1 credit corresponds to one evidence evaluation event. Payment processor terms apply to hosted checkout.
4. Acceptable use and enforcement
Use of Kern must comply with applicable law and the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend access to protect service integrity or investigate policy violations.
