Kern processes account identifiers, API request metadata, task payload fields, and evidence artifacts required for verification workflows.
2. Purpose of processing
Data is used to provide task orchestration, evaluation, support operations, security monitoring, and service reliability. Processing is limited to product functionality and contractual obligations.
3. Access and isolation
Tenant scoping controls are applied to API access and operational visibility. Access to customer data is restricted by role and support need.
4. Retention and deletion
Retention windows vary by product capability and contract terms. Where specific retention controls are not yet configurable in self-serve workflows, they are marked as coming soon.
